FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you handle automotive production volumes?
Yes. From prototype to 10,000+ piece runs on housings, brackets and drivetrain parts, with repeatable process control and batch-to-batch consistency.
Do you provide PPAP documentation?
Yes — PPAP documents are available on request, including FAI, CMM reports and material certificates, to support your automotive qualification process.
What aluminum alloys do you machine for EV and automotive parts?
Aluminum 6061 for general structural parts and 7075 for high-strength applications. We also machine stainless and alloy steels for drivetrain components.
How do you control quality at volume?
In-process inspection at every operation, Zeiss CMM sampling per your AQL, and Cpk ≥ 1.33 on critical dimensions. Free FAI with every new part.
What is your lead time for automotive parts?
Fast track 1–3 months depending on complexity and quantity. Prototypes ship in 5–7 business days, production runs after PPAP approval.
Can you machine aluminum housings with sealing surfaces?
Yes. Housings with gasket faces, O-ring grooves and dowel-pin locations are machined to ±0.005mm on critical dimensions, verified by CMM.

How to Request a Quote for Automotive Components
Send the drawing with: material, quantity and annual volume, surface finish, and whether PPAP or PPAP-level documents are required. Volume info lets us optimize process and price.
Material Selection Guide
Aluminum 6061 for cost-effective housings and brackets, 7075 for high-load suspension and drivetrain parts, alloy steel for gears and shafts. Confirm corrosion protection requirements early.
DFM Tips for Automotive Machining
Design for machining access — avoid deep blind pockets, specify radii on internal corners, and consolidate multiple parts into one billet where possible to cut cost and lead time.
Quality & Inspection
Zeiss CMM inspection, Cpk ≥ 1.33, free FAI, PPAP documentation on request. Full dimensional reports included with every production lot.
Lead Time & Shipping
Fast track 1–3 months, prototypes in 5–7 business days. DDP door-to-door with one invoice — export, customs, duties and last-mile included.
